About My Mentorship Style:
I am a mirror. I utilize my gifts of claircognizance and pattern reading and offer new perspectives. My job is to reflect back the energy I perceive in your frequency, in relation to the areas you want to work on and align with. I share in the same energy that each individual client is expressing, because that is the frequency they are in. This can be confronting and sometimes triggering, specifically for those who have a difficult time seeing themselves.
Each of us have infinite layers, or masks, that range from authentic to unauthentic. This process is getting to know layer after layer after layer. Observing and working through any unauthentic, or dissonant layers. These layers may be masks that you have created over time, throughout your life, to protect yourself in various ways, or they may be imposed by outside influences, like family, culture, society, etc.
Some clients come to the sessions with excitement for their healing process, while others utilize humor. Some are emotional and want to practice validation techniques in the moment, and others are closed, unable to connect with the root of their emotions. There is no right way to interact with your healing.
The information I share in our sessions can be expressed in every spectrum of emotion. However you want to show up to the sessions, I will meet you there.

FAQ’s
All sessions are to be paid in full, before the first session. Payment is due to hold your desired date and time for recurring sessions
Once payment is made, no refunds are available. However, you can pause your mentorship and shift back any remaining sessions by one month, one time.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please provide a much notice as possible. If a cancellation or reschedule is requested with less than 24 hours notice, you can reschedule for free one time. After that, the session will be marked as used.
You can reach out to me between sessions! I am happy to answer questions or provide support/feedback via IG message or email a few times per week. Please use this communication with mindfulness. More than 3-4 times per week is too much, and I will let you know.
Clients who re-sign after a completed full 7 week package can request bi-weekly sessions! Any initial package and all packages of 3 sessions are to be scheduled once per week.
I am happy to record our sessions and send you the recording for your reference! I reserve the right to record my end of any session (client audio and video will not be used) for promotional content. I will never use any sensitive or personal identifying information. These clips will only be created when sharing on a specific topic.
